He was predeceased by : his mother Elda T. Breaux; his sister Linda Petry; and his brothers-in-law, Marion Petry and Michael Joe Cook. He is survived by : his children, Trever Levine, Terrence Levine and Kellie Levine (Charles); his grandchildren, Shaniya Martin (Derick), Janiya Levine, A'lonnce Grogan, Jaycob Grogan, Tre'Zhyri Levine, Trever Levine, Jr., Trey Lee and Harlem Levine; and his siblings, Curtis Thibeaux (Mary) of Arnaudville, LA, Earl Breaux, Jr. of Youngsville, LA, Paul Breaux, Daniel Breaux (Avern) of Abbeville, LA and Tammy T. Cook of Youngsville, LA.
