He is survived by: his children, Thomas A. Rhymes Jr. (Rolanda) of Houston, TX, Brett Rhymes of New Iberia, LA, Datrona Lynn Rhymes of Lafayette, LA and Kenyon Rhymes of Church Point, LA.; his sister Marian Ratliff Frye of Milton, LA.; and his sister-in-law Patricia Grogan Campbell. He is also survived by grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren, and one step-grandson; and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
