She is survived by: her daughters, Dr. La'Shon D. Rubin-Wilson (DeShun) of Arnaudville, LA and Chanda R. Rubin-Hollier (Mireyou) of Lafayette, LA.; her husband Edward D. Rubin; her sons-in-law, DeShun Wilson and Mireyou Hollier; her grandchildren, Skylar and Shelby; and her siblings, Clarence "Butch" Fontenot (Ruby), Charles "Winkie" Fontenot (Iresia), Catherine "Cat" Tezeno, Linda "Faye" Osagie (Mickey) and Dell Fontenot. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins.
