He was predeceased by: his parents, Esther B. Woods and O'Neil Woods Sr. As; his siblings, Ernest Woods, Michael Woods, Edna Andrus and Elizabeth Woods; and his brother-in-law Lawrence Rubin.
He is survived by: his siblings, O'Neil Woods Jr. (Mary Jane), Carrol Woods (Emily), Debra Woods and Helen Rubin. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
