He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Lee Breaux and Shelvin Clarence Shelvin of Lafayette, LA; and his brother Norman Shelvin. He is survived by: his girlfriend Theresa Lindsey; his daughters, Demetria Shelvin Cladd "Beas" (Daniel), Wafrika Shelvin Henry "Frika" (Bryant), Lucretia Shelvin "Cretia" and Lakeitha Shelvin Williams "Keaty" (Robert); and his siblings, Terry Shelvin "Terry" (Trincella) and Consuela Shelvin Cretchain "Con" (Dave). He is also survived by Ten grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.

All those in attendance must wear a mask or face covering.
