She was predeceased by: her sister Ann Marie; her husband Joseph Arthur Richard; her parents, James Portlock and Mable Portlock; and her grandparents, Lena and Smallen Navarre, Sr..
She is survived by: her children, Phillip (Christiana), James, Brenda Richard-Montgomery (Ronnie) and Joseph (Kimberly); her siblings-in-law, Beverly Richard and Michael Richard (Sabra); her grandchildren, Brandon Montgomery (Xuxa), Ross Montgomery (Ashley), Nicholas Richard and Sydney Richard; and her great grandchildren, Casen, Baylor, Emery, Novak Montgomery and Bryan Richard. She is also survived by nieces and nephews, and friends.
