It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Bryant Benoit of Lafayette, Louisiana, who passed away on January 20, 2026, at the age of 54, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Alpha, Florina Bonnet, John and Silika Benoit. He is survived by: his parents, Mary Benoit and Russell Benoit; his siblings, Melissa, Denise Cormier (Brian), Martin, Leah Simon (Bryce), April Harmon (Damien), John (Shannon) and Reggie Noel (Toriyandia); his spouse Joey Thibeaux Benoit; his son Clem Washington (CJ); and his siblings, Kappa Alpha Psi and Theta Nu. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and godchildren.
Visitation was held on Saturday, January 31st 2026 at 8:00 AM at the St Anthony Catholic Church (615 Edison St, Lafayette, LA 70501). A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 31st 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
