He is survived by: his former wife Judy Darby; his daughter Brittany Matthews (Dennis) of North Pole, AK; his grandchildren, Ariana Matthews and Ariah Matthews; and his siblings, Lenis Frank Jr. and Melanie Simpson (Herman Simpson). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
