He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Mary Ellen Castille and Louis Matthews, Sr.; his children, Billy Francis (Shereka), Lashonda Landry (Keith), Theresa Laster (Paul), David Francis and Mariah Matthews (David); and his siblings, Janice Matthews, Lilly Howard (Tommy), Trina Matthews, Usheka Martinez, Herman Matthews, Jermaine Matthews (Faith), Marwayne Matthews, Corey Matthews (Kimberly), Michael Matthews (Lisa), Louis Matthews (Marie), John Richard and Jon Brown. He was also cherished by two aunts; and a host of nieces, nephews, and friends.
