She is survived by: her parents, Lloyd James Brown and Leona Marks Brown of New Iberia, LA; her daughters, Leah Batiste and Lynnsey Batiste of Carencro, LA; her siblings, Kevin Moore (Judy) of New Iberia, LA, Wendell Brown of New Iberia, LA, Marcus Brown of San Bernardino, CA, Phyllis Brown of Lafayette, LA and Sonya Brown Williams (Roy) of New Iberia, LA; and her godchildren, Brandy Chevalier of Baton Rouge, LA and Oliver Joseph, IV of New Orleans, LA. She is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
