Bates Harrison of Crowley; his children, Lydia Amos (Kenneth) of Lake Charles, Pamela Bates Richard of Lake Charles, Donald Ray Bates, Jr. of North Carolina and Dammon Freeman (Linda) of Lafayette; his grandchildren, Daphne Richard Pradia (John) and Kenneth Amos II (Shatura) of Lake; his sibling's children, Theron M. Harrison, Jr., Harlan B. Harrison, Garrison C. Harrison of Crowley, Mary Helen Johnson and Betty Bates Allen of California; his former wife Linda Lavine Bates Balquet of Augusta, GA; his close friends, Cecelia Freeman of Crowley and Verga Robinson; and also Romanian Scott of Lafayette.
