She was predeceased by: her parents, Alice John-Lewis and Whitley LeBlanc; her husband Alton "Rockin Dopsie" Rubin Sr. To; her children, Brenda Faye, Louella, Audrey Rubin and Mark Anthony; her sister Rose Joseph Thibeaux; her grandchildren, Deandrea Rubin and Christohper Rubin; and her son-in-law Michael.
She is survived by: her children, David, Dwayne Rubin, Alice Henry (Joseph) of Houston, Mary Joyce Rubin-Woods of Lafayette, Alton Jr. "Tiger" Rubin (Paula) of Lafayette and Michael Anthony Rubin Sr. (Rosalyn) of Lafayette; her stepdaughter Esther Rubin-Simpson of Lafayette; her siblings, Rosella Leblanc Watson of Cecilia and Wilson Leblanc of DeQuincy; her aunts, Hilda Lyons and Georgia Noel; her close friends, Josephine Sonnier, Theresa Richard (Susie) and Gracie Prince; and her cousin Dianne Glaude. She is also survived by fourteen grandchildren, thirty-seven great-grandchildren, one great-great-grandchild, and four bonus grandchildren.
