She was predeceased by: her father Fredrick Burke of Lafayette, LA.; and her child Sharika. She is survived by: her mother Purnella Burke; her children, Brielle, Kenosha and Joseph; her grandchildren, Antonio, Kylee, Semaj and Senaj; her sons, K'Sen, Saniya, Sy'mori, Sy'mari and Sy'Ray; her godchildren, Diamond and Kylon; and her siblings, Fredrick L., Fredrick J., Terry, Shawana and Sharona. She is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 8th 2025 at 9:00 AM at the Kinchen Funeral Home, Inc. (1011 N St Antoine St, Lafayette, LA 70501). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 8th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
