He is survived by: his wife Tracy G. Carter; his sons, Joseph Carter (Amy) and Keithen; his nephews, Harry Batiste and Leenelle Batiste; and his pets, Pitbull and Comet. He is also survived by 3 grandchildren, other nieces, nephews, family, friends.
