He is survived by: his wife Kaffy Babineaux Belvin; his children, Kenya Belvin, Erika Belvin, Kenitra Belvin, Kenneth Belvin, Jr., Kelsey Belvin and Kendal Belvin; and his siblings, Kerwin Belvin (Laura), Ethel Stewart, Carolyn Chapman (Eddie), Beverly Love and Deborah Chase. He is also survived by ten grandchildren, one great-granddaughter, and a host of nieces, nephews, godchildren, family, and friends.
