She is survived by: her husband John Hayes Sr.; her children, Demetria (Brandon), Cassandra, Alicia, Elizabeth, Anthony, Shawn (Detoya) and John Jr. (Danielle); and her siblings, Lula, Lovenia (Ronald) and Donald. She is also survived by family members, church family and family friends.
