He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Eugene Carter and Virginia Angelle; his nephews, Charles and Donald; his daughters, Lashonda Francis (Jonathon) and Tamika Felix (Keith); his grandsons, Keamynrie and Keandre George; his great grandchildren, Andre George and La'Stun Roy; his wife Cheryl Angelle; his siblings, Marjorie, Mary Viola, Evelyn, Delores, Joanna Angelle, Curtis, Charles and Lawrence Angelle; and his parents-in-law, Mary Francis and Louis Matthews. He was also cherished by nieces, nephews, Brother-in laws, sister-in laws, family and friends.
