He was predeceased by: his mother Odette Sonny-Johnlouis; his wife Yvonne Scranton-Johnlouis; his siblings, Allen Johnlouis and Ruby Johnlouis; and his father Robert Alfred Johnlouis Sr..

He is survived by: his children, Melvin Johnlouis (Romona), Theron Scranton and Crystal Duhon (Leonard); and his grandchildren, Jasmine, Alexis, Theron Jr., Rayven, Sidney, Landon and Cali. He is also survived by 4 great-grandchildren.
