He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Bradley, Juledith Simon, Leroy Jack, Sr. and Mary Francis Jack; his brother Warren Jack; his stepgrandfather Leroy Benjamin; his aunts and uncles, Cheryl Edwards, Marie Jack, Oradell Simon, Clayton Francis, Sr., Alton Jack, John Francis and Anthony Jack, Sr.; and his cousins, Jaylan "Pop" Ben and Leo "Yola" Jack.
He is survived by: his parents, Thyrome Simon (Bernadette) and Barbara Celestine; his children, Tyesha, Terrel, Tanisha Jack, Kahlani Jackson, Taylor Sullivan, Kahmari Jackson and Andrea Brooks; and his siblings, Bryce Simon (Leah), Randall Celestine (Betty), Shannon Jack, Jasmine Zeno and Monique Simon. He is also survived by relatives and friends.
