We are sad to announce that on May 30, 2023 we had to say goodbye to Walter Anthony Trotter of Lafayette, Louisiana, born in Chicago, Illinois. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his father Ernest Trotter Sr.; and his siblings, Ernest Trotter Jr. and Sue Marie Sanders. He is survived by: his mother Naomi Webb Trotter; his significant other Verlie Mae Melancon; his daughters, Mona Trotter and Andrea T Pittman (Perry); his granddaughter Brittney Trotter Etienne (Michael); his daughters, Aubrey Trotter (late Marty) and Cassius Trotter (Jill); his grandchildren, Walter, Camryn and Micah; and his children, Carson, Christopher, Skylar and Wally V.

He had a givers fund where he donated funds to various charities, organizations, and people in need.
