He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Foote, Sr. and Mary Lou Pollard Foote; his sisters, Juanita Thomas, Glyn Mitchell and Dorothy Williams; and his parents-in-law, Sidney Mitchell, Jr. and Geneva B. Mitchell.
He is survived by: his wife Geneva Foote; his sister Sadie Malveaux; and his goddaughter Shante'Gantt. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, August 2nd 2025 from 7:00 AM to 9:45 AM at the Trinity Cme Church (604 Lee Ave, Lafayette, LA 70501). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, August 2nd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, August 2nd 2025 at the Queen of Peace Cemetery (1017 Francis Loop, St Martinville, LA 70582).
