He was predeceased by: his parents, Lillian (Drew) and August of Washington; his son Wilbert Allen, Jr. of Washington; his brothers, Junius of Washington, Roy of Washington and Thomas of Washington; and his siblings-in-law, Marie of Washington, Rose Smith, Herbert Theodore, Calvin Hampton and Robert Webber (Gail).
He is survived by: his wife Lorraine (Delmast) of Washington; his children, Cynthia Jenkins of Chalmette, LA, Janice Johnson (James) of Picayune, MS, August (Annette) of Nashville, TN and Lisa Thomas (Reginald) of Lafayette, LA.; his siblings, Joyce Theodore, Beverly Hampton and Joseph (Ursula) of Washington; and his siblings-in-law, Barbara Brown (Michael), Evalina of Washington, Ella Mae of Washington and Arthur Delmast (Mary). He is also survived by Seven grandchildren, Eleven great-grandchildren, a host of great-great grandchildren, six foster grandchildren.
