He was predeceased by: his wife Ophelia Hamilton Collette; his parents, Harold Collette and Eva Boudreaux; and his daughters, Crystal Gail Collette, Sybil Ann Collette and Betty Jean Collette.
He is survived by: his children, Tony Collette Sr. (Frances) of New Iberia, LA, Darrin Collette of New Iberia, LA, Edward Collette of New Iberia, LA, Tammy Collette of New Iberia, LA, Glenda Collette (Herbert) of Baton Rouge, LA, Garnet Collette of New Iberia, LA and Dianna Collette Miller of New Iberia, LA; and his sister Dorothy Durall (Rufus) of New Iberia, LA. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
