It is with sadness that the passing of Shirley Stiner of Scott, Louisiana is shared. Shirley, born on November 11, 1957 in Lafayette, Louisiana, passed away on October 4, 2026. She was predeceased by: her parents, Mary Clay and Clinton Yancy; and her siblings, Dorothy Clay, Stanley Clay, Arthur Clay and Ronald Clay.
She is survived by: her children, Jason Webb, Jerminual Webb, Kissi Webb and Carl Celestine. She is also survived by her husband, children, grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 17th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the Kinchen Funeral Home, Inc. (1011 N St Antoine St, Lafayette, LA 70501). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 17th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the St Anthony Catholic Church (615 Edison St, Lafayette, LA 70501). A burial will be held on Saturday, October 17th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the Calvary Cemetery (355 Teurlings Dr, Lafayette, LA 70501).
