She is survived by: her husband Jimmie Toodle; her siblings, Artis I. Mills Hall (Buddy) and Larry B. Mills (Rachel); her grandchildren, Laketha Washington and Tianna Isler; and her great grandchildren, Ashley Brooks, Takayla Isler and Khyra Person-Isler. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
