He is survived by: his wife Margaret O'Neal; his stepdaughter Latoya Dillard Rankins; his children, Jennifer Jones and Joseph O'Neal; his mother Lillian O'Neal; his siblings, Danita, Cynthia, Kendra, Missay, Tammy, Rosalea, Anthony, Roosevelt and Eddie; his stepgrandchildren, Jordan and Marlee; his siblings-in-law, Marilyn, Daniel, Earl and Joseph; and his aunt Michell. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.
A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 5th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Hunter's Funeral Home - Ahoskie P. O. (123 Dr Martin Luther King Jr Dr N, Ahoskie, NC 27910).
