She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Polcaro and Teresa Polcaro (Astore); and her son Scott James. She is survived by: her children, Frederick Williamson (Brenda), Deborah Standke (Rudi) and Wayne Williamson; her grandchildren, Kellie Gaskill, Danielle Williamson, Kerowyn Kent, Julianna Kent, Stephen and Emily Costello; her great grandchildren, Christopher Gagnon and Mila Williamson; and her siblings, Jeanette Marino, Joanne Waswill and Frank "Porky" Polcaro. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers donations in memory of Barbara may be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital 501 St. Jude Place Memphis, TN 38105.
