She was predeceased by: her parents, Edith Komaromy and Paul Komaromy; her husband John Sapp; and her siblings, Elizabeth Komaromy, James Komaromy, Paul (Adelle Komaromy) and Steve (Mildred Komaromy).
She is survived by: her siblings, Teresa Tellinger (late Tony) of White Oak, Eleanor Griffiths (late George) of Scottsdale, AZ and Elmer Komaromy (Pat) of Wexford, PA; and her stepdaughters, Donna Smith (late Robert) of Washington, PA and Mary Ann Drezewski (Chester) of Washington, PA. She is also survived by several nieces & nephews.
