She is survived by: her siblings, Taylor Wornum and Juanita Young; her sons, Ronald Smith and Quentin Smith; her grandchildren, Malika Bristol, Jasmine Ellington, Quentin Smith, Jr., Lauren Smith and Alexander Smith; her great grandchildren, Mia Smith, Adrian Rodriguez, London Rodriguez and Cairo Ellington; and her great-niece Antionette Wornum. She is also survived by friends and extended family.
