He was predeceased by: his parents, George O'Sullivan and Ellen O'Sullivan (Jennings); his wife Bridget (Monaghan) of Waterlane; his daughter Maureen (late Vincent E. Bonafine, Sr.); Kathleen, Nellie, Michael Eileen, George, Nora O'Sullivan Mary, James, Patrick, Tessie, Jimmy, Anne, Murty Monaghan, Winifred Conneely, Margaret Cooke, Tom Gorham, Tony, Peter Connaughton, Mary Theresa Celi (Conneely), Keri Synder, Shaun and Michael Monaghan Chris.

He is survived by: his children, Bernadette (John D. Hackett), Donna (Arthur E. Lamb, Jr.) and Christopher P. O'Sullivan Jr. (Wendy); his grandchildren, Jason Lamb (Kelly), Vincent E. Bonafine Jr., Caitlin Bonafine Lessault (Nicolas), Aidan and Collin O'Sullivan; his pet Teddy O'Sullivan; his sister-in-law Bernadette Connaughton (Monaghan); Brody. He is also survived by his loving nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
