He is survived by: his siblings, Bruce VanAllen (Mary) of Boulder, CO, Emily Thomas of East Providence, RI, Denise VanAllen of Quincy, MA and Michelle Johnson of Hyde Park, MA; his sons, Craig, Sr. VanAllen (Felicia) of Randolph, MA and Michael VanAllen (Tracy) of Jamaica Plain, MA; his grandchildren, Lucy VanAllen, Amanda VanAllen, Craig VanAllen, Jr., Cameron VanAllen, Chanel Cowan-Cummings and Arianna VanAllen; his goddaughter Lydia Dyett; and his significant other Marion "Mitzi" Prout. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family.
