It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Clara Mae Manago of Boston, Massachusetts, who passed away on June 16, 2025, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Willie Henry and Lillie Belle Blockum; her daughter Crystal Mungo; her grandchildren, Johnnie and Desmond; and her siblings, Kate and Donnell.
She is survived by: her friends, Loraine, Bridget, Sandra, Josephine and Marcy; her son Kevin; her former spouses, Edward Manago Sr. (Deborah) and Yvonne Manago-Williams; her husband Kevin Manago (Rita); her grandchildren, Tyrone, Donna, Antonio, Tonya, George, Unique, Jamal, Stephanie, Adriana, Ebanasia, Kaylisha, Fantasia, Edward III, Shaquille, Elijahquan, Kamari and Kyara; her siblings, Jenny, David (Daisy), Martha, Mary and Marion; her in-laws, Tootsie and Bertha; and also Albany. She is also survived by fourteen great-grandchildren.
Viewing will be held on Thursday, June 26th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Floyd A. Williams Funeral Home (490 Columbia Rd, Dorchester, MA 02125). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, June 26th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Thursday, June 26th 2025 from 12:30 PM to 1:00 PM at the Oak Lawn Cemetery (427 Cummins Hwy, Boston, MA 02131).
