With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Cynthia Travers of Boston, Massachusetts, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Cynthia left this world on August 19, 2025 at the age of 84, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. She was predeceased by: her parents, Leo Valiante and Miriam Valiante; and her husband John Travers. She is survived by: her children, Allison Travers and Christopher Travers (Caitlin); her grandchildren, Eli and Zoe Travers; and her siblings, John Valiante (Maggie), Leo Valiante (Susan), Joan Migliaccio (Mark) and Marcia Valiante.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, January 17th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Church of the Redeemer (379 Hammond St, Chestnut Hill, MA 02467).
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the FUEL Ministry program which provides weekend meals to children reliant on supplemental food programs in Newton and Boston.
