He was predeceased by: his parents, Gerard LaPointe (Jerry) and Lucy LaPointe (Dianni); and his sister Maryann Smith (LaPointe). He is survived by: his wife Mary Anne Cote-LaPointe; and his stepchildren, Renee (Cobuccio), William LeClair, Anthony Cobuccio, Julie Cobuccio, Lori (Cobuccio) and Karl Schumann. He is also survived by his 8 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren, and many beloved friends.
