He is survived by: his nieces and nephews, Ivy, Susan, Dexter Jr. and Grant; his cousins, Patty Bell and Michelle Hazard; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Sue, Sarah, Dexter Ill, Charles, Alfie and Eamon. He is also survived by cousins, extended family, and friends.
