It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Emma Lou Hargrove (Boston, Massachusetts), who passed away on June 27, 2025, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Emma may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Emma touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 24th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Morning Star Baptist Church (1257 Blue Hill Ave, Mattapan, MA 02126). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, July 24th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
