He is survived by: his wife Selene Forestall; his stepsons, Lucas Connor and Jacob Shilling (Hannah); and his siblings, James Forrestall (Michele), Paul Forrestall (Virginia) and Mary Cote Forrestall (Paul). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
