He was predeceased by: his parents, Barbara Courtney and John Courtney; and his siblings, Brian Courtney and Suzanne Courtney. He is survived by: his girlfriend Hayley Peterson; his children, Lindsey Kenyon (Brandon), Jodi Morris, Francis "Frankie" Morris III (Kristin) and Megan Morris; and his grandchildren, Brayden, Carter Quitigua, Owen Roaf, Frankie Morris IV, Delaney Morris, Alexander and Isabelle Kenyon. He is also survived by sisters, nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, many cousins, and countless friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations be made to US Vets (honor.usvets.org) in Frank's memory.
