He was predeceased by: his father Frederick M. Tiberio; and his uncles, Herb Homer and Harry Pond. He is survived by: his mother Linda A. Tiberio (Pond); his brother Raymond F. Tiberio; his wife Kerrie K. Tiberio (Regan) of Blackstone; his son Noah R. Tiberio of New Hampshire; his brother-in-law John Regan; and his aunts, Karen Homer of Blackstone, Patricia Pond of Milford and Faith (Daniel Dougherty).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that gifts be made in support of the Carolyn Y. Ho, MD Cardiovascular Genetics Fund at Brigham and Women's Hospital.
