Though Hassan may no longer walk beside us, his legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
He is survived by: his parents, Larry Gannaway and Diana Gannaway; his wife Trannee Creecy of Boston, MA; his child Jasiah Mroz; his grandson Jonah Mroz of Boston, MA; his children, Jahilaa Martin, Keyanni Chalmus, Zarriah Chalmus and Hassan Chalmus Jr. of Atlanta, GA.; and his sister Sha (Gannaway). He is also survived by his family, friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Riley - Antoine Funeral Home (171 Humboldt Ave, Boston, MA 02121). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
