Banks (Epstein); his parents, Isaac Banks and Bessie Banks; his children, Joshua Civin, Katherine Newberger, Marcus Civin, Betsy and David Epstein of Boston; his grandchildren, Jessica and Shane Baron; his children, Aron Epstein, Jacqueline Bell, Jason, Cecily Epstein, Steven Banks and Judge Jean Schneider of Brooklyn; his grandchildren, Harry and Katie Banks; his children, Susanna Banks and Lloyd Lesperance; and his great grandchildren, Marshall, Olivia, Simon, Asher, Miriam, Hal, Levi, Eli, Lydia and Noah.
