He was predeceased by: his parents, Eunice Frager and Nicholas Frager. He is survived by: his wife Pearline Alveta Frager; his children, Kelly Renea McKenzie (Renee) and Duane Herbert Frager (Alexsandra); his grandchildren, Mahogany LaTosh, Tiphaney Shauneice, Zoe Alexsandra, Zachary Raymond and Daniel Robert; and his great grandchild TreyVon Michael. He is also survived by in-laws, nieces, nephews, extended family members, and dear friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Good Shepherd Church of God in Christ (18 Whittier St, Roxbury, MA 02120). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
His work included contributions to the original logo development of what would become the Seattle Seahawks franchise, and he created his own distinctive typeface known as the "Frager Punch.".
