She was predeceased by: her parents, Lawrence F. Paul and Ethel Paul (Cope) of Membertou; her sister Karen Paul Denny (Louise Paul); and her nieces and nephews, Tina Paul, Wendy Denny, Darryl Paul and Brian Nevin.
She is survived by: her children, Vanessa Nevin, Melissa Nevin, Timothy Nevin (Lucina Morris-Nevin), Courtney Nevin and Jenna Marr (Lewis Lopes); her siblings, Ethel Paul Landolt, Lauria Ann Paul, Lawrence G. (Quism), Anna Paul, Adrian Paul (Shiela Ginnish-Paul) and Eileen Paul; her godchildren, Christine Nevin, Ashley Stevens (Paul), Bethany Maloney and Leander Paul III (Little Lefty); and her friend Mi'kma'ki. She is also survived by her 11 grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren.
