With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joaquin Orlando Cambara Palaut of Boston, Massachusetts, who passed away on November 4, 2025 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As Joaquin departs from this earthly realm, his essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Joaquin may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Joaquin leaves behind.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesús Cambara and Carmen Palaut. He is survived by: his siblings, José "Pepe" Cambara, Evaristo, Jesús and Blanca; and his children, Joaquin, Carmen, Belkys, Octavio, José, Osberto and Osmani. He is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren; as well as many friends.
A funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday, November 12th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Our Lady of Lourdes Church (14 Montebello Rd, Jamaica Plain, MA 02130).
