In the sacred silence of farewell, Johanna is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that her light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of her loved ones. And as her memory is carried forward, may comfort be found in the knowledge that love is eternal, and that Johanna's spirit lives on in the beauty that surrounds us.

She was predeceased by: her parent Costanza Coppola; her sisters, Philomena Pennacchio and Maria Louisa Serrecchia; and her niece Josephine Griffin. She is survived by: her nieces, Angela Serrecchia, Annette Penella and Evelyn Flanagan; her nephew Anthony Serrecchia; and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Jillian Griffin and Lou Penella.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Giovanna's memory may be made to Saint Lucia Society.
