John G. leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing him. John G.’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around him. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Anne FitzGerald; his children, Luke and Daisy; his grandchildren, Jack, Vivian and Jay; and his sisters, Marie, Beth, Jean and Janet.
A wake was held on Thursday, September 10th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the DeVito Funeral Home (1145 Massachusetts Ave, Arlington, MA 02476).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Dana-Farber Cancer Institute in memory of Jack Landers to support Dr. Marlise Luskin's Research Fund.
