We bid farewell to Joyce A. Karavetsos (Boston, Massachusetts), whose journey of life gracefully concluded on July 9, 2025 at the age of 86. Joyce touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Charles Karavetsos; her parents, George Madore and Vivian Madore (Purdy); her siblings, Marilyn Sheehan (Peter) of Dorchester, Frances Eremita (late John) of Dorchester and Arthur Madore (Kathy) of Canton; and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Bobby, Raymond, Michelle, Amanda, Melissa, Matthew, Alyssa, Alexandra, Nicholas, Sara, Morgan, Lily, Tyler, Alex and Abby. She was also cherished by many loving relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Sunday, July 13th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Carroll-Thomas Funeral Home (22 Oak St, Hyde Park, MA 02136). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Monday, July 14th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Most Precious Blood Church (25 Maple St, Hyde Park, MA 02136).
