He was predeceased by: his father George Borg; his siblings, Stephen Mancini and Tammy Borg; and his stepfather Bill Liedholm. He is survived by: his mother Eileen Liedholm; his wife Anny Borg; his daughters, Georgianna Borg and Jacquelyn Borg; his siblings, Rick Borg, Bill Liedholm Jr., Christie Peterson and Eric Liedholm; and his pets, Thor and Rey. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and close friends.
A memorial service was held on Sunday, June 22nd 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Casper Funeral & Cremation Services (187 Dorchester St, Boston, MA 02127).
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made in Alex's honor to Tufts Liver Transplantation - Patient Fund or Hospitality Homes.
