He was predeceased by: his father Edmond Lewis; his grandmother Mary Lewis; and his brother John Lewis. He is survived by: his uncle Arthur Lewis; his children, Royden Lewis, Duren Brade, Jasen Lee, Merlon Daley, Riis Lewis, Taylor Lewis and Treasure Lewis; and his sisters, Lydia Lewis, Frances Lewis, Jane Lewis and Yvette Bourne. He is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
