He is survived by: his nieces and nephews, Delena Smith, Carl Horner and Charity Nylander; his uncle Lee; his wife Roslyn McNeil; his children, Ronald Leviticus McNeil Scott and Marie Carthon; his siblings, Janice McNeil-Horner and Gene A. McNeil (Jennifer McNeil); and his friend Steve Ashmore (Nathaniel Pearson). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, cousins and many friends.
